I’d say most coaches are wired as introverts, and many introverts think that their personality is a liability when it comes to building a business.

That’s a false mindset that I hope we can change in this Mentor Monday Moment.

Laura Reid is a 2017 grad of Life Coach Training Institute who’s experiencing phenomenal success on the big island of Hawaii. But when I first met Laura, she was leaving a successful career in teaching and didn’t consider herself a person who was wired for entrepreneurship.

In a short time, Laura has learned to leverage who she is as an artist and writer to build a successful coaching practice.

In this interview, she shares how she overcame limited beliefs as to who she was an introverted artist and shows us how we can redefine networking in a way that mutually benefits ourselves and our clients.

Special thanks to interviewer Stephanie Marie Beeby of In Flow CEO who gave us permission to share this video!
