I’ve spent more time with coaches over the years – more than any other type of people or profession.
Coaches are truly some of the most amazing, interesting, and passion-driven people on the planet. They’re not selfish people, and are extraordinarily others-first.
With so much heart and so much gifting, it’s devastating to me find so many who experience a failure to launch.
I believe coaches are in such demand but are in such a short supply. Coaches are gamechangers. So what happens when people can’t find the guides (coaches) who help them access their purpose and destiny?
Well, I don’t want to think about it and get worked up and dramatic. What I REALLY want to do is help coaches get their own personal breakthroughs, so they become who they’re meant to be.

I sent a survey out to 1000s of coaches – aspiring, new, and old. The responses I got were so honest, raw, and revealing. So I sent this email back announcing this special week just for our extended community:
“I’m OVERWHELMED by your responses, but I want you to know that I took the time to read EVERY SINGLE ONE.
I did. No exaggeration. I want our coaches to WIN. I think about it every day: How can I serve our coaches. How can I help them thrive.
I thank you all for being brutally honest about your worst fears, your personal struggles, the mindsets and beliefs that are holding your prisoner and trying to tell you what’s possible.
Last week, I shared with you that I’m creating an affordable program in a group format so that any coach who wants breakthrough can access me and access tools for ongoing change and PERSONAL MASTERY.
We’re talking overcoming limiting beliefs, inward disqualifiers, relationships with people, relationships with money, etc. The list goes on.
The LEARNING and the BREAKTHROUGH TOOLS you’ll receive can be used over and over again to change anything you want.

As I said, the BIGGEST missing piece of the puzzle is not a HOW-TO problem, it’s not a SKILLS problem, it’s not a TRAINING problem.
And, consciously, you know that, right? You know you have guilt that you shouldn’t have. Lack of belief in yourself. It’s wreaking havoc with indecision, making you second guess yourself, making you procrastinate, and effectively shutting you down.
