#MENTORMONDAY LIVE! – Listening Skill Mistakes New Coaches Make – Back to Basics Series for Life Coaches

April 11, 2022

The skill that separates the good coaches from extraordinary coaches is next level listening.

In fact, I truly believe that listening is actually an art form.

And I’m afraid it’s increasingly become a lost art particularly for human beings living in Western culture. Every day it seems a new talking head emerges on TV or social media that wants to give everyone advice, yet has little to no interest in listening.

As coaches, we’ve got to see the value in listening and recapture the art of listening.

This #MENTORMONDAY, I’ll talk about what new coaches need to look out for and how they can improve in this core skill area.

If you like this, why don’t you join Jumpstart Your Coaching Practice?
