Another Amazing Q&A is in the bag!
Here are some of the questions we answered:
-
- I have a client that regularly vents and takes up most of the coaching session. We’re not even getting around to action items.
With clients who have achieved their initial goals, would you suggest looking into new goals to continue with the coaching relationship, if so, would you use tools like Satisfaction Indexes, etc.? Or once their initial goals are achieved, how would you go about continuing with the relationship?
I am not a business person and all the business aspects make me nervous, I don’t normally take lots of risks, but think I might really enjoy this, any advice to help me with the business nerves?
Should we try to do fillers if our coaching sessions tend to finish before time?
What would you say to someone who is failing while continually striving to make something happen?
We will also be previewing our First-Ever Weekend LIVE, Online Coaching Bootcamp (April 24-26)
