The coaches I see who struggle and ultimately fail are the ones who make the same critical error: they made no plan for developing the proper mindset for success.
I’m not saying that skills and strategy aren’t important. What I am saying is that a coach with the proper mindset is ultimately going to achieve success even if their skills and strategy still need to be developed.
